    "content": "As my Vice Chairman has expounded, we found this project to have very serious challenges which the Ministry could not adequately explain. Despite numerous meeting with them, it did not come out very clear to address the challenges that were raised by the Committee. We tried further to have joint sessions with the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation, but they were not coming out very clearly.
