    "content": "I side with the many Members who are suggesting that we should be given leeway to do it alone. It is because I believe the NG-CDF is one of the most efficient funds that we have in this country. The NG-CDF is one of the few funds that give taxpayers value for money. It is also because of the dynamics in our respective constituencies. For example, I come from Kiharu Constituency which has six wards and two sub- counties. You then tell me that we do three locations of hubs. I think that is an area that should be left for the MP to decide. In any case, there will be public participation given the dynamics in each constituency."
