    "content": "Even as we talk about IT and merging our programmes with the ICT Ministry, we should look beyond IT because in our country the creation of jobs is not just purely on the basis of employment or ICT. We need to open up such kinds of partnerships in so far as promoting cottage industry is concerned because we were purely doing the hubs to create jobs. I believe we can also do the same and advance the same thing by partnering with other entities, especially Government ministries and organisations in so far as creating jobs within cottage industry and value addition of agricultural produce is concerned.
