"content": "Upon review of the regulations against the Constitution, the Judiciary Fund Act No.16 of 2016, the Judiciary Service Act No.1 of 2011, the Public Finance Management Act, No.18 of 2012, the Statutory Instruments Act, No.23 of 2013 and the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, Chapter 2 which regulates the scrutiny and publication of regulations, the Committee observed as follows: 1.
