    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Sometimes I have the disadvantage of sitting right at the back, where kamukunjis are held. At times, I do not follow what the Speaker is saying while addressing the House. But I thank you for your protection. I support the Committee. This is one of the Committees that has shown a lot of commitment. We have finished most of the instruments that have passed through the Committee. I was a Member of this Committee in the last Parliament, but the current one is the best. We have Members who are so committed. Every time, we are full house and we deal with issues. When we annul an instrument, it means it has not met the threshold. When we pass it, it means it has met all the requirements set down in the Statutory Instruments Act. Therefore, I support the Committee’s decision to annul this in entirety. Thank you."
