    "content": " I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Health on the Ratification of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 13thNovember 2018, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the ratification of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products. The Memoranda to Parliament on the ratification of the protocol to eliminate illicit trade in tobacco products was committed to the Departmental Committee on Health on 30th August 2018 in accordance with Section 8 of the Treaty Making Ratification Act, 2012 and Standing Order No.216(fa) for consideration of the Report by the House."
