    "content": "The Committee also invited and received memoranda from various members of the public including the civil society, academia and other stakeholders. All submissions are incorporated in the Report. The Committee received a total of 14 submissions with 13 of them calling for the ratification of the Protocol. The Committee was particularly impressed by the civil society who have worked in unison with the Ministry of Health and made submissions in support."
