    "content": "It is based on this that I move that the House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Health on the Ratification of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products. I thank the Members of the Departmental Committee on Health for their continued support to the Committee and their dedication to make sure that we pass the laws that are required to govern this country, especially on health matters.
