    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Finally, because you have been gracious to give me one minute, I would like to encourage our male colleagues to understand. Some of them have said that when we table the gender Bill, there will be no formula for nomination. The same way that we passed the Treaty- Making and Ratification Act as an enabling legislation to give effect to a constitutional provision, we can also table an enabling legislation under Article 100 of the Constitution. It is Members who will decide how they will nominate whoever they want, to Parliament. With those few remarks, I support the Motion."
