Temporary Deputy Speaker, for your patience and for giving us an opportunity to express what is in this Protocol on issues to do with tobacco and people who use it. Members have expressed themselves on non-communicable diseases, health matters, performance and marriages breaking. I am sure Kenyans see photos on magazine covers of tobacco products. When they see the photos, let them not assume that they are just there to threaten them. It is the reality because that is happening."
