    "content": "Someone who has gone to a hospital for treatment is again forced to go to their car and look for a parking bay. This should not be allowed to happen. I thank Sen. (Dr.) Abdullahi and appeal to the Members of the Committee that will be charged with this task, to ensure that they bring this to an end. This is not something that we should tolerate as leaders. I do not know who chairs that Committee, but this is something that should be done sooner. We should give Kenyans a Christmas gift."
