    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I urge the Committee that will be handling this Statement to look at these issues vis-à-vis Murang’a County, and in particular at urban areas like Kangari in Kigumo, Murang’a Town, Kiereini, Mathioya, Kangema in Kangema Constituency; Maragua in Maragua Constituency; Kenol, which is one of the fastest growing regions in Murang’a County; and also Kigwara in Gatanga. There have been a lot of complaints by motorists who use those urban parking slots as to whether, one; the fee being charged is commensurate with the services; and two, whether there is extortion. I, therefore, urge the Committee that, as they consider this Statement, they should hear representations from the people of Murang’a County."
