    "content": "Therefore, I would urge you to give a ruling that is going to ensure that what is happening does not recur. It is very dishonourable on the part of a top county official to refuse to honour summons of this Senate. I think the IG was misadvised. We do not have to keep on reverting to courts to get such an authority to compel a governor to appear before this Senate. Therefore, I concur with the sentiments that have been made by my colleagues."
