    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on a more serious note, is the Minister aware that these people spend the entire day out in the fields doing very hard work from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. for seven straight days? They are not even allowed to go to church. The salaries of the managers, who sit in the office and work from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and do not work on Saturdays and Sundays, were not affected. Why the discrepancy between ordinary Kenyans and the management? Could the Minister consider, first of all, improving the working conditions of the casuals, and secondly, re-gazettting some fair compensation for the work that these casuals in the different categories do?"
