    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move this Bill and request Members to continue in the spirit they have had; to critique, to make many contributions and amend it. I have already mentioned the areas that must be amended to ensure that this Bill is in consonance with the constitutional tenets and best practices in the management of pension schemes. Therefore, when we ultimately come back to this House to vote in the time that I do not want to anticipate, but after extensive consultations that my office will facilitate, we will say that: “As a Senate, we are glad that we sat here and became part and parcel of the first generation of elected leaders that have had a role to ensure that there is a well-managed scheme in this great Republic.”"
