    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as soon as we got into the Twelfth Parliament and I got elected as the Chairperson to the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, the issue of the pension retirement scheme and retirement benefits of our county government workers was the first item in my in-tray to deal with. My Committee put together a Bill by the same name; the County Government Retirement Scheme Bill (National Assembly Bills No.10 of 2018), which is very similar. In fact, it is similar just until the spelling errors, which are the only point of departure with this Bill. There are also just some amendments of the titles and the different headings in the chapters.
