(a) What is the status of the Government-funded building projects at the National Commission on Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI) offices, and how much money has so far been appropriated for the construction works? (b) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain what caused the delays to complete the said projects? (c) What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that the projects are completed without further delay?"
