    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support the request by the Leader of the Majority Party on postponement of this debate. Hon. Chris Wamalwa contends that we should continue with the debate. If we were to allow the Leader of the Majority Party to reply, then, that would bring closure to the debate. It is only necessary at this particular point in time to allow the debate to continue and postpone putting the Question to February next year. This will give us the opportunity to lobby more during this festive season. I am sure the very good lobbyists who are working on this Bill will continue lobbying other Members of Parliament who are not in the House this afternoon."
