We have talked so much about fighting corruption and this particular Bill is giving strength to the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, 2003 and any other anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws which are already in place, on top of complementing the current procurement and the Public Finance Management (PFM) laws."
