    "content": "Most importantly, we have witnessed in this country where one bidder loses and looks for any means to disqualify the one who won. We may end up with a lady who has won a contract genuinely and the first person who goes to appeal in the tribunal says that she was dressed in a mini skirt, appeared in the tender committee in a mini skirt where she sexually harassed the committee and that is how she won. We may open a Pandora’s Box where some of these things are misused to marginalise ladies further. They are already marginalised, so let us not create something in law that can be misused to marginalise them further. So, within your amendment, factor in the potential misuse of it and then we will be good to go."
