So, one of the things I would like to see as we look at this Bill is a clause coming in through an amendment that will force Government to also deliver its part of the contract so that delays in payments or creating a culture of prompt payments becomes embedded in the Bill so that both sides of the contract are taken care of and the contractor and the Government are protected."
