    "content": "Sincerely speaking, there have been lots of gaps in the way procurement has been carried out in our country, particularly in areas of roads. As much as we have the county government and equally the national Government, it is very unfortunate that every time a contract is advertised online and you expect Kenyans to apply for those contracts, they normally outline that these contracts belong to people living with disabilities, youth or women. So, they expect that these cadres of people are the only ones who are eligible to apply for those contracts."
