    "content": "I have also looked at clause 11 which ensures that there is compliance with the Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act and the Public Finance Management Act in terms of ensuring security is given and contracts must comply with these provisions to ensure Government money is not wasted. Though I support this Bill, I want to propose going forward it is good we get some clarity when it comes to clauses 6 and 7 which deal with contracts entered outside this country."
