    "content": "Another clause that is also necessary and an amendment is also required is that there also needs to be an oversight team like what we have in the NG-CDF. There is a clause that says that there is a team that oversees what is being done and this must be in relation to the areas of expertise. This is because the person who is giving this contract is not an authority in all the areas of the contract. So, we need a lean team to be looking and also advise the contracting authority that a certain work that has been given by the Government has already been done to the satisfaction of that oversight team so that now a satisfaction note will follow and then payment to the contractor."
