    "content": "Clause 14(1) (a) provides that a public officer shall not be liable to be sued in any of these contracts. I believe this one will be open to misuse. Everyone should carry his or her own sins. If a public officer will involve himself in some irregularities in awarding contracts and tenders, then he should be sued by those who are affected. The provision of this part of this Bill needs to be removed to ensure that they become diligent in what they do."
