    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker I beg to move that the Capital Markets (Amendment) Bill, 2018 be read a Second Time. The Capital Markets Act is proposed to be amended in order to enhance investor protection as well as investor confidence in our capital markets. Capital markets are very important when it comes to the level of confidence investors have in them and, of course, they must feel a sense of protection from the regulator."
