    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we recently launched the Road Sector Investment Programme, and this programme is the yardstick we will be using in identifying roads to be tarmacked across the country. So, we now have a system that we will be using to identify roads. Most of the roads will be handed over to the county governments, and we believe that there will be closer attention to those roads as they will be managed from the county government level."
