    "content": "Clause 2 of the Bill seeks to expand the definition of the term, “key personnel” in order to enhance the attention given to the calibre of individuals undertaking the very important role of preparing financial statements of listed companies and entities – those reviewing or approving the financial statements as well as those who have a very central role in making sure that there is oversight and assessment of the internal controls within the Capital Markets Authority.
