I know that this particular inquiry is close to all Members’ hearts. It is an issue that a lot of Members are concerned with. That is why it has been set out as a Question by Private Notice requiring an urgent response. This requires that the Cabinet Secretary be in attendance. It will be proper that when the answer or response is being tendered, you may add meat at that point. I think we will proceed that way."
