    "content": "The Committee may inquire into the conduct of a member whose conduct is alleged to constitute a breach of privilege either of its own motion, that is suo moto or as a result of a complaint made by any person. Upon conclusion of inquiry the Committee may recommend any or all of the sanctions provided for in Section 17 of the Act."
