Without this amendment, the Committee was asking the DCI and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to investigate the 349 Members. I thank Hon. Pukose for bringing this amendment. If you are the person making allegations, go to the DCI or the EACC today, make your allegations and investigations can be opened. Parliament is an institution and we must protect the independence of the institution in the same way the Judiciary protects its members. I have just read the Report.
