    "content": "of Parliament. The reason was that there were some media reports that portrayed Members of Parliament as having been bribed. Members of Parliament are not going to act on the basis of what the media writes because it appears that Parliament is under attack right now by the media. The media writes false information about what Parliament is doing with the sole purpose of putting Members of Parliament at loggerheads with the public. This is not going to be the situation we are going to act on. If you look at the Parliamentary Service Commission Bill which is being discussed right now, the information that the media has given out as far as the context of this Bill is concerned is erroneous and false. This is purely to ensure that Members of Parliament are not respected and are attacked everywhere by the public. I want this House to be resistant, resilient and protect its integrity."
