    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also want to make my contribution to this Report. First, when these issues came up, it really brought down the image of this Parliament. We must admit that fact. It takes me back to ask whether we are behaving honourably as Members of Parliament. There is a matter like casting aspersions on the character, conduct and integrity of other Members. There is no law which bars you from making those allegations.
