Member that the contractor is behind schedule, but I have also informed this House that there is still time before the lapse of the 18 months contract that has been given to him. We have actually written to the contractor and instructed him to mobilize equipment and all the resources to ensure that the contract is finished in good time. Until the time has elapsed, it would be inappropriate to term the contractor as shoddy or the work done as being shoddy."
