    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, first, I thank the Committee on Powers and Privileges chaired by the Speaker for the good Report. Section 15(4)(a) of the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act, 2017, mandates that Committee to inquire into the conduct of Members whose conduct is alleged to constitute a breach of privilege in terms of Section 16 of this Act. This is the Act that regulates our behaviour within the precincts of Parliament including the Chamber."
