    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First, I thank and congratulate this Committee for working diligently and hard to bring this Report to the House. At one point, I remember the House was a bit concerned that PIC and PAC reports were taking long. As the Leader of the Minority Party, I was told that chairs from my side were not bringing reports. I am happy that now we have very comprehensive reports. Looking at the two reports, you can see the kind of attention that has been given to them. However, since we are debating the PIC now, PAC will come later on and I hope I will have time to make my contribution to it. Let me confine myself to the PIC Report."
