    "content": "PIC. He and his Committee are doing a very good job and I am sure the House will agree with them. Look at the NCPB. In the 2015/2016 Financial Year, they irregularly procured 40,000 metric tonnes of maize at Kshs552 million that were never executed. They have huge liabilities of millions and billions of shillings. Parliament has indicted such an institution. You cannot allow such an institution to solve the problem of maize farmers in Kenya. With those many remarks, I support the Motion."
