Almost all accounting officers have issues with IFMIS and it is time to see whether IFMIS is serving the purpose that it was supposed to serve. Probably, one of the recommendation that we have made as a Committee is to ensure the National Treasury conducts an independent audit to establish whether IFMIS is serving its purpose."
