    "content": "The Mover of the Bill indicated that there could be need to go for comprehensive amendments instead of the piecemeal ones. We need to do that as soon as possible. Piecemeal amendments to some of the Acts of Parliament lead to inconsistencies. It is important that we look at the law in a comprehensive manner so that all parts or components of that law are harmonised or aligned to the needs of the sector."
