    "content": "after the revocation of a licence of a SACCO, liquidation should start immediately. In this liquidation, the payment of the members’ savings and shares is among the first charges. Therefore, this piece of legislation will make our SACCOs do their business prudently, efficiently and continue promoting our economy. With those few remarks I beg to support this Bill."
