    "content": "The cooperative movement is very important for teachers, civil servants and farmers like Hon. Kioni. Hon. Kioni, for many years, as we grew up, we admired the cooperative movement in your area of interest but later on, it collapsed. We do not know what happened. However, I want to inform the House that what used to happen in your area is now happening in our area. There is a lot of quick rush for formation of cooperatives. The worry is that we do not know if it can go the same direction you have alluded to. Therefore, it is very important that we make good laws that can especially protect investors in cooperatives, especially when cooperatives are mismanaged or they cease to operate well and members lose their benefits."
