    "content": "I have talked about issues like auditing. Previously, SACCOS were doing their own auditing and appointing their own auditors without a streamlined method or procedure of auditing. I have seen in this Bill now ( technical hitch) registering auditors who must have met ( technical hitch) because it sets the four walls within which the SACCOs must operate."
