    "content": "The second reason I support this Bill is the question of SACCOs. When we expand SACCO societies, it will increase the available amount of money to the public and for business at a low cost of interest. Most SACCOs, as you realise, charge a very low percentage of interest to the members in terms of acquiring loans. With this, we believe the cost of loans will go down as long as they will have a greater base in terms of coverage."
