    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Assumption of Office of the County Governor Bill (Senate Bill No. 1 of 2018) be now read a Second Time. The Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security wishes to table a Report on the Committee’s proceedings during the consideration of the Assumption of Office of the County Governor Bill (Senate Bill No. 1 of 2018). The Committee wishes to commend the Senate for coming up with the Assumption of Office of the County Governor Bill, which seeks to fill a gap in the law on how governors-elect in respective counties assume office."
