    "content": "The other good thing with this committee is that during the interim time, when you have a governor-elect and a governor who has lost an election, the committee is supposed to facilitate smooth communication between the two. At times, they do not see eye to eye. So, this committee could visit the governor-elect, hear his side of the story and go to the governor who has lost and hear his story for smooth communication so that county activities do not suffer as a result of that. The Bill makes provisions for that and it is important."
