Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning the following Question: a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that public land set aside for a police station and administrative offices in Marakaru/Tuuti Ward in Kanduyi Constituency has since been irregularly allocated to private persons? b) Is the Cabinet Secretary further aware that some Government houses and various parcels of land in Bungoma Town have been converted to private land and are now owned by individuals? c) What measures has the Ministry put in place to repossess all those irregularly allocated pieces of Government land and houses?"
