    "content": " I cannot be asleep like others. I want to seek your guidance on how we put Questions to amendments in this House. Hon. Ichung’wah’s amendment has two sub-sections. Hon. Junet’s amendment had three sub-sections. When you put a general Question, we sometimes lose the substance of the amendment. It is just put as a blanket Question. I suggest that because we are dealing with serious issues, we should put the Question per sub-section so that we appear to be a serious House."
