The amendment has several sub-sections, but they all relate to the same ministry and that is why we put one blanket Question. When the sub-sections are on different items, I agree with you that we should put the Questions separately. If they are related to the same ministry, it is the opposite. The Mover will get to the details. Hon. Limo, one of the issues that you and all Members need to be clear on is the import of the amendment.
