    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I do not want to interrupt Hon. Baya but he has used a dangerous word. Parliamentary committees do not sacrifice people. I want him to withdraw that statement. I do not feel that any Committee, more so Public Accounts Committee under Hon. Wandayi, will sacrifice an individual. For the benefit of the doubt, the Public Accounts Committee analyses reports and evidence presented to them by the Auditor-General and they give each and every accounting officer an opportunity to bring their case.
