The Public Accounts Committee looks at reports that have been written by the Auditor-General and it is these reports whose information they analyse. Sometimes, they take that information. In this case, I do not think that the named Principal Secretary was given an opportunity to be heard on the same. I would request the House that we amend this and delete that paragraph and replace it subsequently with what I have proposed. I would like to ask Hon. Maanzo to second."
